...the countdown begins.

Tarara grand, Pasv4, chrome open tuners, turquoise linear markers, matched reciprocal with light gauge on both sides...

Now I just have to pay for it.

Excellent! A bit of warning ahead of time: you'll be receiving a lot of demands for pictures and/or video when it comes in. Starting now.

Nice choice. I have an SG-12 coming to me soon, PASV4, same turquoise linear markers - I almost went for tarara before deciding on padauk, been waiting since January so it won't be long now.........

I'm technically a "retread". I had one several years ago before entering into a career change, but sold it to help pay for school. Now I have a little spare cash again (and a son who is old enough to also learn to play it!)...

I'm still waffling on the string gauge -- I specified light gauge with MR tuning, but I'm wondering if medium isn't the way to go for a 'fatter' tone.. Any thoughts here?

I'm also waffling on the tuner choice -- all chrome vs something else. This is just aesthetics...
