New Arrival
My Stick arrived today-- a thing of beauty, she is! S/N 5490. I wonder if her original owner is lurking here at Stickist.com. Now, I need to get an amp, so I can learn to play her. Away we go . . . -m.

Re: Hello Hello (Studio Live)
Yup, I was there. We talked for a moment or two (you may remember-- I was the one with the Vibram Five Fingers (toe shoes)). Hey, if you don't mind (and don't think he'll mind) can you pass along contact info for your buddy from Prescott who also plays Stick? I'd appreciate it. -m.

Re: Hello Hello
My first reaction to your post was,"good luck". but when i think about it again... you won't have the confusion of jumping from one instrument into the stick, you'll just be starting on the best instrument to teach you all about how music works. I've been playin drums and guitars for 15 years, always reading up on music theory and trying stuff out. it wasn't until i got the stick that my usage of music theory became very prominant. If you're interested I've made up some scale/mode/and chord charts, i'd be happy to forward them. 'good luck' , and i mean that sincerely chris
