There are some quite tough times ahead as I, essentially, rebuild my body so that I can rebuild my life. Sleep will be in the neighborhood of nine hours per night, and I will most certainly be earning it. I walked 71% of a mile (loose gravel and such the whole stretch) yesterday, and I pedaled 21.5 solid minutes (at an average pace of 63rpm) today. That probably is not much by normal standards, but for me it is the embodiment of:
