This week, July 18, Free Hands Friday presents NS Stick player Nathen Aswell interviewed by Dale Ladouceur.

Nathen's web page describes him as "a speaker and a creator/performer of 'Conscious Pop' music". I am not sure what that means, but I am sure it is better than a lot of the unconscious pop music that is out there <insert rimshot>. Seriusly, come participate or just listen in to learn about Nathen and the way he uses music to not only entertain, but also to inspire.

I have spent the last week revamping my habitual sleep schedule (always subject to awful muscle spasms), so I should not have any issues being on time this week!
