You may want to wait until later this year to get a Macbook Pro. I believe the next gen ones are coming out (or at least being unveiled) in October or so, and probably available by the holidays. Supposedly it's a pretty dramatic overhaul, so you may want to see what the new style is. Even if you don't choose to go the latest and greatest route, it should help drive prices down for previous models.
