Just wondering if anyone has experimented with on board speakers. Say a battery powered pre amp with built in bose type speaker that you can attach to the stick to make it playable in low volume environments , ie the living room, or a campfire. Maybe it would have the db range of an unamplified acoustic guitar. They are making speakers pretty good these days it would be nice to see a setup that can hook to the belt hook and be an all in one setup.
Short cable to stick. My little portable bose has some big sound wondering if i can hack it to accept 1\4 inch cable. Hmmm?

Ok , is there such a thing as a 1\4 inch input to bluetooth converter? Which would allow me to send any signal from an instrument to a bluetooth device?

I can run my stick through the zoom h4, then use 3.5mm cable from headphone out to the aux input of my bose soundlink. Bammm instant portable stick.

I've heard that bluetooth latency is an issue.
There are people in the MOD forum asking about bluetooth audio connection and the answers have been bluetooth latency...

As for a potable speaker...
Fluid Audio makes a small speaker for guitar. Not sure how low it would go... but it's very portable. I saw it at their booth at NAMM and remember sounding pretty good for guitar.
