XLR Dual SPLITTER soldering Help

The one that came with my Stick broke as well and the replacement I tried didn’t work. Just had both channels in each side.
What was the replacement? Was it a mono lead split to two mono plugs possibly? A stereo jack on one end and two mono jacks on the other end should work in theory unless I’m missing something. Thanks Alun

those are hard to find Stereo jack to two mono jacks? It’s hard to find one with the 1/4” jacks on both ends, but did find them on Amazon after some digging.
