Ditto x4?
The Ditto x4 looper - anyone use it or had it? Looks like an interesting inspiration device cheapo-used. Thoughts from Stick Land...

Had one. Fantastic unit, made for the Stick thanks to the two channels that can be sync or un-sync. A few funny effects as well. I sold it last year to buy some new toys.

Re: Ditto x4?
I had owned one right when they came out, it was one of the bad ones. They did repair it under warranty though. I believe those were the first made after the company was sold, and those were the first made in China. On another forum I’m on I recall other people having the same issues. I would definitely ask questions if the seller had any issues or repairs if it’s one of the first run pedals

Re: Ditto x4?
Indeed, the first runs were faulty. I was certainly lucky.

Any way to tell the early (bad) ones?

I don't know. But they are super cheap even brand new. IMHO, it's best to buy a new one so you can benefit from a 3 years warranty, just in case.

Thanks man. Looks like a fun toy-it has the reverse and up/down speed and a lot cheaper that those Aeros monsters. Stuff I wouldn't bother to learn or use in my private nightmares. I just wanna make WALLS OF NOISE.

Re: Ditto x4?
This was discussed just recently, here’s the thread: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=15992It’s worth doing some Googling on multitrack loopers. The switches on the Ditto are mentioned sometimes as having problems. I’m considering the Boomerang or possibly one of the Boss units.
