Post subject:  Speedy String Delivery.
I decided to get 2 news sets of strings for the Grand, old ones getting quite dull. Made the order online , had a nice chat on the phone with Stick in California and here they are in Australia only about a week later. Now to psych myself up to change them before going on a trip with the instrument, I know it's going to be a fair bit " brighter" with the new ones.

Can you imagine the delivery times, if these Strings were sold on Amazon?

Funny you should mention them, my son put me on to Amazon Prime, you order things and they turn up the next morning.Admittedly we're in a major city.

I spend several thousand dollars a year on Amazon purchases.
I was looking for an adjustable stand for my Roli SeaBoard Rise 49.
I had no idea that when you stick the word 'Music' on an item
the price goes way up as if it was a certified aircraft part.

So, I went in another direction and looked for a laptop stand.

I haven't said hello in a while although I do follow you on instagram so.....Hello!

I ordered a new set as well not too long ago and shipping was pretty quick. Then I went through some of my old crates of gear and found three sets I ordered probably 5 years ago..... :o

Oh well.....I'm set for a while I guess.

I see you doing regular gigging in the last few years, good on ya mate.
I hope the seas have not been too angry for you of late (and no pirates)
