Post Any Reason Not To Leave My Railboard Plugged In?
Just one less thing to have to plug in when I grab my Railboard for 3 minutes of quality practice time!

My rig is off. This way I just hit the amp power and I'm ready.

Obviously, you can't do this with an Active-2 pickup.

The only reason not to leave passive instruments plugged is that someone can trip on the cable and make the instrument fall... other than that, no reason I can think of :D

That's true, someone could get hurt, or worse, your Stick could get knocked over! :D

I love having my Stick at the ready for quick unstructured learning sessions and highly recommend spending some time configuring your setup to accommodate it as life is so chock full of distractions.

ACTV-2 players need to be aware of the drain on the 9v. Other than that, there is no harm in leaving the Stick plugged in.
