PM finally got sent out after sitting in the Outbox for several hours.

I got your PM and my reply is stuck in the Outbox again.
My reply was basically try to figure out the shipping cost first.

N.B. Are you aware that just means that the receiver hasn't visited the PM section of their Stickist User Control Panel to look at the message?

It doesn't indicate a fault with the system.

The message doesn't move to 'Sent' until the recipient opens the message in Stickist. Sometimes that never happens - sometimes because they've seen an emailed copy of the message & that was enough for them to take whatever action they choose, but there is no way that the forum can judge that.
