I know of somebody in the UK who is selling an immaculate condition 10 String Graphite Grand Stick with PASV 4 pickup & both hard & soft cases.
The stick is configured for Dual Bass Reciprocal tuning & the seller has now reduced the price to £1750.00

I was going to buy this Stick myself but due to somebody pulling out of buying a guitar from me at the last minute I now cannot afford it.

I know this is a really old thread, but I just bought this stick.

Hard to believe it's been on sale for this long, and I know I paid way too much for it, but it's better than waiting 6 Months for one!

Congrats on your getting your Stick Tempest.
I did the same thing when I bought mine reconditioned from SE and ended up with a beauty without the soul-crushing wait.
Looking at those pics I'd say you got a deal. The price is really subjective, it's really about what it's worth to you IMHO. However (on a more venal side), these instuments hold their value so well it's not uncommon to pay almost as much for a 'used' one as a new one. Then toss in the extra goodies like the soft and hard case and your really getting a bang for your buck!

Have fun with that axe and if possible, post some pics when you get it.

Personally I don't think that was overpriced when you see the price some far older Sticks go for in the UK.

Well, I spoke too soon. Just got an eBay message that the stick was sold in the shop but was not taken off of eBay. So I am back to looking for a stick again

To be honest, you may have had a lucky escape. The Stick really should be sent to SE for refurbishment and by the time you have done that it would be cheaper to go for a Railboard like I have. BTW I also live in the UK

Looks like that Graphite stick is back on eBay - with some accessories for £2000, unless it's a mistake again
