Anybody out there selling a Stepabout pre-amp?

Doubtful. Best to call Cambria and hop on the, what I assume is already quite long, wait list.

Is there a delay in getting these? I didn't realize these were that hard to come by...

The delay in getting these are their relative rarity drove my decision to build similar functionality from readily available effects pedals.

They are notorious for their delay…. I had an email from them back in june that the finishing touches would be done and we would have them by end of August/Speptember… Well worth the wait though. Greg usually know when these things will ship.

I was told similarly that they would be ready in October, spoke with Cambria a bout a week ago and it seems like there's not much word as to when they will actually be in. Hopefully I can get my grubby mitts on one in time for x-mas.

When I tried one at the FHA I was blown away at how much better it made the Stickup sound.

I'm leery of relying on specialized, limited production electronic gear that would be difficult to replace or get repaired.
