Just remembered the string gauge question (above.) When I ordered, they were listed as med/heavy but it was just one gauge. I've actually played around with slightly lighter gauge strings and liked them. I think that is because of my Stick background. I can see someone coming from bass preferring a heavy gauge string.

Russell Im impressed you made your own version of a NS stick very cool and great performance.
How many hours did it take you to make that?

I didn't keep track of the time, but it was a long and slow process that lasted about 3 months. I didn't work on it every day nor did I work a set amount of time per day. One of the things that really slows me down is working with hand tools (and my lack of experience.) There are things that would take minutes with a power tool but for me working by hand take hours.
