I recently decided to trade my Grand Stick for a NS/Stick since I am a bassist and wanted to reduce the complexity of my learning curve. As much as I was enjoying my initial experience with the Grand, I also was struggling with the transition after many years of playing bass. I felt that the conventional string placement of the NS/Stick would allow me to use my prior experience while learning to tap and use the melody strings to gain the added benefits of a Stick.

So, with all that said, are there other NS/Stick players locally that I could make contact with on their experience, equipment etc.?

It always helps to have someone to exchange information with.

I have Emmett's old blue Bass Labs Stick,#5050 and we are out here in Modesto.

There is actually a couple of Warr players out here too. Show at the Queen Bean 7:00 Sat.

I plan on debuting my Power Duo this summer .

I merge a stereo effects signal path into mono and hit a bridged Marshall Super Bass amp/half
stack.

We have none of that generic sounding solid state nonsense out here,no digital processors either.
