Post Picking on an NS
How responsive is the NS/Stick to a pick? Hard strumming is probably out, but what about arpeggios and fast runs? Anyone used a pick on one?

Post Re: Picking on an NS
You can pick really well, but it feels more like a bass than a guitar. So with that in mind you can burn with a pick! Strumming is easy too just not raging hard ya know. I guess I don't really strum but I do like to use a pick for jazz or metal. I can still blaze better fingerstyle, and string skipping is easier when plucking fingerstyle for me. That is the hardest part of using a pick on the NS, string skipping and not getting all jarbled up. Its fun to use a pick while looping or recording, when you are not trying to play solo. I'll try and get some NS vids up soon, demoing lots of techniques and stuff.

Oh, sweep arps are tough! I think Im gonna restrict my sweeps to 6 or less strings at this point. An 8 string arp would be sick if you could get it going.
