Re: My new setup....
Nice setup. I just bought a Line6 HD300 for my son's guitar rig. Endless hours of experimentation in those things. Just curious. I've had my first stick for a whopping 3 days now. What amp/speaker setup do you use at home? I'm currently using an old Roland KC150 keyboard amp, and it leaves a lot to be desired. (GAS anyone?) Dave

OOh! Bet it sounds SUH-WEET! I had a POD X3L and really liked it. That with the H&K, I can only imagine! So you go direct to FOH with this? What are you using to monitor with when you're at home?

Yep, I go directly into house with that. I am tired of taking huge rigs with me.... At home I use only headphones for practicing...... Oliver

Oliver I hear that...my last gig I took *4* trips from the minivan to get my set-up in the venue. That's more than either my drummer or my keyboardist...sheesh!

Simplicity at it's best, but at the same time you have 'everything' you could want to make some real mayham How do like the RC-300? I know Don was into the Pod and the RC-50. I am curious if they got some of the bugs out? Thanks. jRj

Re: My new setup....
I use the RC-50, heard horrible things about the bugs it has. Haven't seen anything bad yet, been using it for 3 years. The only reson I'd buy a 300 is that each phrase has its own stop switch. That the RC-50's 3 phrase channels share one stop switch kinda stinks. Other than that, I love it.

Re: My new setup....
I have an RC-50 and have used it a lot. The main "bug" that I find for live looping though is there is a glitch when the first loop ends and starts again, but that magically goes away on the next pass I just make sure there is a note or "something" there to cover it. It's annoying but not a deal breaker, you can get around it. Also there is the lack of a "feedback" control which can also be overcome by using the RC-50's fade parameter which in a lot of cases I like better...I was hoping the 300 would have both considering that they have included a new foot pedal *j* .~
