my new 1/2 fretless
Ok, so recently I had the pleasure of actually meeting the Emmett and Yuta, and picking up my new 1/2 fretless NS/Stick. Wow! What a grand time I had at SE, and what a fabulous instrument, I think the action and tone on the fretless side is the best i've heard/played. An amazing instrument indeed! And only 3 in the world! Here's a shot of me with the new instrument in my studio. Cheers everyone! Neil Bettencourt

That is Really a Lovely Instrument Neil. Will you be bringing it to the Get together in Santa Cruz in October?

Re: my new 1/2 fretless
As a longtime fretless player, and stick fan I couldn't be happier!!!! Not just for you and your beautiful instrument, but for me as well. Now I can get a stick, and the sound I want!!!!!
If I may inquire as to the MSRP, as it is not posted on the website that I could find.
Wonder if Emmitt would apply the same treatment to a double reciprocal 10 string? Oh well, we can dream. lol.
Best to you, and enjoy the instrument and envy.

Re: my new 1/2 fretless
There is no difference in price between a standard NS Stick and a half fretless.

Re: my new 1/2 fretless
Well that pic shows some very tall fret markers if that is it. lol. I have yet to be able to contact SE about the fretless options, As my last computer went all " Blue screen of death" on me a couple of months ago.
I will definately be making the call soon, now that I know. Thanks.
