My wife just needs to get a pipe cleaner and strand it together with purple and blue and she's ace. I hope she feels same way ha :D

I wear my wedding ring 100% of the time and it's NEVER gotten in my way. I know tons of guitarist and bass players that won't wear one but it's never been a concern for me. Must be due to my technique or personal ergonomics.

Playing guitar or bass the ring never is an issue. Heck, even when playing my 10 regular Stick I don't notice it's there.

But for some reason the combined geometry of the NS/Stick neck and MY hand is such that when I reach across the fretboard my ring taps the front-bottom etdge of the neck.

This is not a complaint, or really an issue. Just something that happens. For me.

Do you have the strap set too low? I believe I have my NS setup higher than my bass guitar; helps get my left hand around the wider neck better.

That reminds me...I need to find mine.
Took it off about 20 years ago and haven't worn it regularly since!
The edges used to get caught on the high E String of my guitar on occasion (odd design ring) and I would get blood blisters on my finger next to the edges.

THEN i bent my ring wearing it under a boxing glove (oops) and that was the last straw...

I play my NSSTICK as a super bass.

I have found that I prefer to leave it in MONO and turn down the low side until the volumes are matched. Then crank your amp.

If the high end is to tinny for your taste, try turning your hand slightly and playing more on the sides of your fingers when you go up there. For me, I just raised the action slightly so I could get a little more "Umph" on the right hnad. This has been satisfactory for me.

As for your ring...you can use this thing to make some cool effects if you slap the high strings with it :D

Gald you are loving your NSSTICK. Mine has changed my life.
