Post My New Pedalboard :)
Hello Everyone,
Here is the first demo of my latest pedalboard. I didn't hit record on my Zoom H6 so the audio
is straight into the GoPro. I will explain the signal paths in another post - not much free time today.

Thanks - I look forward to your visit to Ontario :)
I will reach out if by chance I get out west this year
Here are a few pics from my set up - some of my newer instruments...
I love playing them all but the Stick is still "THE" instrument of choice. I have played the
cello live at a few events so far, gets a cool reaction just as the Stick does!

Howdy :)
Yes - the "NS" - "NXT" Electric Cello - "NS" as in Ned Steinberger - the same instrument designer who worked/collaborated with Emmett Chapman to create the NS Stick! It is so comfortable to play. I have tried a few entry level traditional wooden cellos and the string action was terrible.Very hard to push down - like a really crappy set up acoustic guitar compared to the action on a well set up strat! Plus I can play with head phones and the biggest ... I can run it through my pedalboard to access effects!
Cello is tuned in 5ths like the reverse of the standard tuning on the base side of the Stick. So my brain was picking up on shapes and patterns.
BUT - playing with a bow is like playing one instrument with another. Quite foreign. A definite
learning curve and I have to approach a little different than the optimal way to hold a bow (with
my fused right wrist )... I am finding my own way though. It is a great instrument to relax and play!
Seems to relieve stress. Maybe due to the cello being an emotional sounding instrument?
I will try and post more about it soon. pics and a quick video.
Heading to music a practice tonight...

Hii, Jason!

Super cool pedalboard! So much to like and also to wonder and puzzle over.

So what is the "ambient loop" thingy?
