Re: Fishman loudbox question
I think they can handle the bass strings pretty well at a decent volume. I have had mine for several years and like the sound I get out of it. You are not going to get the same sound you would from a dedicated bass amp but is loud enough and super mobile.

Re: Fishman loudbox question
Never had a problem on the stick, but run into problems with bass and ns stick that require fine tuning.

It's been my only amp for 6 years. Handles well. I love it.

Re: Fishman loudbox question
Just played through one at a rehearsal this morning, it was pretty good I thought... no complaints/death threats so I guess it was ok. Haha

I've got the smallest and I'm ready to move up from baby Fishman to Mama or Papa. They have a nice sound on both sides of the Sticks--melody & bass-- and for Railboard, wooden and NS varieties of Stick--and also are good for other instruments, like vocals, keys, and electronic drum machines. They're a great series of amps!

Fishman has a new rig out that incorporates a subwoofer. Check it out, 330x Cheers, Kev
