Post RELAY!

Great concept for music making. And the style, ah, all the style we've come to know and love about Knobs.

Same here. What a fun concept - it's like an escape room for musicians. The result was a bit far out, but I think that was the idea and half the fun was getting there anyway.

I love these types of things. It gets me out of my routine and consider things to do with my music.

There are other on-the-clock type videos out there and fun to watch.

The result may be far out, but it's right up my alley. :-)

Post Re: RELAY!
I just had a loose association. Last week I saw The Who in Vegas. Pete Townshend gave a brief history of the story behind the song : Relay. Pete had a professor who predicted that one day computers would be the size of a cigarette box...and people would use them to communicate with one another. Radical thinking in the day...given computers were so large they filled entire rooms. Anyway....great song

I'm really enjoying seeing everyone's opinion on the video. I'm such a big fan of the Knobs videos, so it was a real treat to see how they handled this video.

It reminded me a little of the recording that Steve Paigano did with all the different Stick players - what a fun idea! I've observed that the good people on the afstg have themes every month - maybe we can try that sometime in the future.

Cheers

That's a good idea. I would love to participate. Let's start right away! :-) Do you have an idea for a theme?

Yeah, let's dream something up. I'm up for whatever we can agree on, even if it's just the two of us to start. We could a band, a specific song - I'm in, so long it is limited to music played on the Stick (or tapping derivative thereof) :D
