Got one for my Alto. Very nice! Extra large pouch and more rugged new design. :D

Does the zipper open a bit further along the case by any chance?

(My other Stick bag doesn't open far enough to be a useable busking case).

Cheers,
Andy

Hi Andy,

I'll have one in a couple of days and can tell you more about it then.

Andy,
It looks like the zipper stops short of the bottom part of the case. So if you're looking for it to open all the way, it doesn't look like it will. Still an awesome case, though. I travel to our rehearsal/studio a lot and this case is perfect for those front seat rides for the Alto. If I need more protection for harder traveling, I'll use the train-proof hard case :)

Thanks for the info! I can live with the zipper thing, and they're very reasonably priced compared to the custom cases I've seen.

Cheers,
Andy

The soft case for my SG12 came a few days ago.

It's really nice. The pocket is very roomy (big enough for a string set, tools, cables and tuner), and the padding for the shoulder strap is also nice. I'm amazed at how small this whole package is.

Here are a couple of pics:

happy toting.
