Most of the stuff is gone and the main post has been updated accordingly. Only two items left:
(1) Free Hands book, vintage printed in May 1989, see conditions in pictures and comparison with the newest edition.
(2) Set of used strings, for those who want to experiment or just change one string without opening a new set.
