Early teenage listening.

Enough melody here to sort you out. Even the structural jazz approach is laid out clearly here with out sounding prescriptive.

Post Re: Melodic Soloing
I've been trying to emulate some of my favorite melodic guitarists on Stick & NS Stick for awhile. Obviously the mechanics are different, but I've really enjoyed seeing how I can interpret solos from blues/rock guys like Gary Moore, Joe Bonamassa, Rory Gallagher, Davy Knowles, etc. I'm now on the hunt for an SG12 to challenge myself to learn harmony solos a la Thin Lizzy.

Please post some of this when you can! It would be cool to see how it works out on tapping!

I've just been the "dumb drummer" all my life, but some guitar players have really shone through for me, besides all the ones mentioned here. I'm not seeing the love for Albert Lee, Richard Thompson, Steven Stills, George Harrison... and too many more..... although my top guys like Jimi and SRV are here. Also BB, Buddy Guy and .... well there are so many more. Where does it end lol!

I think Steve A and I both mentioned BB but no one posted anything. This was pretty sweet soloing here and melodic as fuck (that's a technical blues term.) I love BB King! Extra points for Guitar Face!
