Post railboard truss adjustment
It looks like I may need to make one of those truss adjustments that I dread so much. When I attempt to tap notes higher on the fretboard the strings are muted because they hit the pickup on the Rblock. The nut on the lower truss looks totally loose.any ideas?

sounds like you need to "push" the rod.

Spin the nut all the way down to the far end of the threads, then continue turning it util the buzzing goes away.

This is more common on the Railboard than on the wooden Sticks, which almost always require a "pull" on the rod.

See the truss adjustment video at 5:23 for info about "pushing" the truss

Thank you Greg, That's sorta where the nut is now, all the way to the end of the threads. Maybe just a small turn will do the trick.

That's all that's ever been needed for me (once Greg got it adjusted nicely for me). I could literally sit there and just nudge the truss a little, and that would do it.

That's all it took to set mine up nicely (thanks Greg!) Just a tiny bit of "push" at each end. The Railboard seems to adjust easier than my trusty maple, maybe because it's metal rather than wood I'm less afraid of breaking something
