MODE CHART IN C (use as desktop background) ;)
recently I had promised to forward some learning material to a new stickist. He suggested i post it, so here is the handy made chart (in C). Basicly I use it to tell my right hand where to go, If i'm playing an Am chord my right hand should play with the scales in the 6th row. use your ears mostly. It doesn't tell you what to do its just a Quick reference guide to glance at while working things out. It's also nice to use it for chords too, just look for your tonic and play some notes that you usually don't, figure out what chord you made and why it sounds good as a secondary. Enjoy.
