I like the way Jan Laurenz works with tempo. Glenn Gould and Vangelis comes to mind as where I have heard that skill before. |

What are you getting? Dark bamboo 12 stringed Grand Stick in classic tuning with light gauge strings and PASV4. I first ordered on the nine months cycle and then SE offered me to take over a cancellation that is almost the same as my order. Awaiting my first Stick now somewhere around January/Febru... |

This time I caught them at Porto, Portugal I saw them last week here in Stockholm. Both Tony and Michael had an Ampeg for the bass side and a Rectifier for the melody side. Michael broke a string and had to walk out for a while to replace it while the other two guys played a little improvisation. A... |

Don't know about the hammer-on and pull-off techniques he uses but I like his way of playing against the delay unit. And the extra sub bass sounds great. Didn't know about this guy, will definitely check out more of his music. Thank you for posting this link! |

Since I'm pretty new on this board, about one week, I may as well get done with this presentation right away. I have no STick yet but ordered a 12 the other day; MR 5ths/4ths tuned light guage with a PASV4. It will plug into a laptop rig I'm now using with guitars, flute, sax and EWI (+ live looping... |

(General tip) The more I have been playing music the more I have come to appreciate a human meter, as when not playing to a click. But in the type of recording we're discussing here it may be very neat to have the recorded audio line up with the tempo grid of the recoding application (Logic 9 in thi... |
