You're sure you don't want to drive out to Ann Arbor tonight? Gonna have to miss this one, Glenn, but thanks so much for the offer! I definitely plan on making the next one. Got too much going on today. I actually had to leave it right after unboxing it to take the kids to a carnival today. It came... |

Took a week longer than eBay reported it would, but it's here safe and sound, and on the same day that my new strings from Stick arrived! Presenting #5989 Rosewood, tuned to Matching Reciprocal! Now to learn the darn thing, and I've got 3-6 months before the wooden stick's new shinier blue Railboard... |

A touch of autotune between the mike and PA, with no effects to clue people in about it, makes my world a better place. ;) Truer words were never said. I keep telling my much more-talented singer friends that there's no prizes for purity. I use a chromatic tuner for all my stringed instruments, and... |

No Chapman Stick guitar from Tokyo today, but I'm not terribly surprised. E-Bay still says "expected to arrive" by today but USPS still says "in transit" and the last status is leaving Japan. I don't even have an expected ETA from the USPS site. I really should have known better ... |

Last gush about http://loophole.co/STICK/: It will let you pick your Stick type, and the material it's made from, the tuner colors, and theoretically the marker type, although I could only get the dot markers working and not the inlays, and even your pickups! I just saw and heard what my blue Railbo... |

OMG, it will show you chords! If this website will work through my work filter, this will become my new lunchtime time waster. Why am I typing here instead of playing with it! Thanks again! |

That's so awesome! I thought at first it was just a jpeg of the fretboard--which was cool enough!--but it will actually play the notes as you "tap" them (I'm using a mouse, although a touch device would be better, methinks!) |

I like your music - I listened to "You and Me" and a few others on your site. I'm either blushing or cringing, not sure. As a "new" singer, I'm still learning a lot and know a lot of much better singers who unfortunately do not have my voice or live in my basement (that sounds c... |
