Thanks Per, great review of the new Street Cube. Any idea of max battery life yet? Talking to people, posing for photos etc. is part of busking. I gave up worrying about it after a few years ;) I've generally found that people who spend money on a busker (particularly with CD purchases) make the dec... |

I don't currently do any live looping, but I've owned a number of Boss loopers (every size) and the Boomerang 3. I feel that the Rang 3 is the best on-the-floor hardware looper available for creative live use. You can have 3-4 separate tracks going completely in or out of sync with each other, with ... |

Emmett has just conceptualised a complete "progressive" busking rig :D Generators are rare on the street. Even the good ones are a little bit noisy , smelly, heavy, and often frowned upon by local councils (which could be said about many buskers too... ) Car batteries and associated produc... |

Per, are you running your Trinity pedal off a battery? I love the Zoom G3 as a busking rig on rechargeable AAs. Congrats on a great day in the glorious Swedish spring :) Crate Limo does handle bass range quite well. The built in effects aren't great and seem to be a structural weakness on the newer ... |

I expect to be hearing a few of these in the next month or two. I say this with excitement but also some trepidation, as we have already reached plague-levels of buskers with Cube Street amps in Adelaide. Roland has truly delivered amplified busking to the masses; 4-5 years ago most of these young g... |

Hey guys, thanks for the very nice comments. Luc found me on message before I saw this, as I've been kind of absent from the forum in recent times. Confession #1, I probably shouldn't say this, but that track was on the scrap heap for the final CD cut until the last minute. As you hear it, it's a on... |

The music will either happen or it won't. An instrument is only the last link in a long chain. It helps if you like the look and feel of it though...Just do it.

Bacchus (made in Japan) guitars make fantastic "better than Fender" style basses, without being twice as expensive. They have been around under different names (Headway, Deviser etc) since the 70's. Look them up.

I can vouch for this
Interesting..I guess it depends on what you aim for in a Stick sound. Recently I've been dropping a half step instead...
