Cool! (our band only covered Moving In Stereo, probably the only song on the album that was NOT a hit single). Comments and feedback? MORE FEEDBACK.

Aaaahhhh ... but everyone ended up knowing that tune thanks in no small part to Phoebe Cates.

For what it's worth ... when I ordered a soft gig bag for my 34" scale instrument from SE (many many years ago), Emmett had already started making 36" scale instruments and just sent me a bag for one of those. It fit fine and I didn't even realize it until I picked up a 36" instrument...

Lovely! Really! One of my favorites. I have this distinct memory from the year that record came out of driving through rural northern Michigan in the winter listening to the combo of "Distance" and "In Her Family" in my car. I played the absolute shit out of that entire album but...

Hi all. I shot this one last year around this time. It's a classic tuned 12-string rendition of Silent Night. I also charted it so you can download the PDF.

Hi all, I just found out that Reed Urie passed away suddenly last Tuesday. Reed was a musician and long time Stick player from Ohio who had attended workshops in Ann Arbor back in the 2000s (note: she went by Reed Porter back then). Reed and I had kept in touch after that and she would even occasion...

Man I have a soft spot for this record. When we start talking quintessential records I (like everyone else) usually bring up "Stick Figures". Truth be told though, this was always my favorite of Greg's.
