Okay Mr. Evil. Mailing way over there has been quite expensive. I recently ran out of one CD but I can add the newest to the package. To cover PP fees and postage etc. make the total $75 US and I'll send you 3 items, book/DVD, CD and DVD.

Anonymous criticism has always been a sore spot on the internet. So who is tritone and what does his music sound like? Does this prince of negativity dare come out from behind the curtain? Highly unlikely.
