Thats actually a very cool tuning idea.

I like it. If I were ever to try an "uncrossed" stick tuning I think I would use 5ths bass like on the fretted side of this stick (with 2 more strings)

Wow! I would love to see (and hear!) someone like Don Schiff or Kevin Keith break loose on that bad boy! Kinda makes me wonder who ordered it?

So, that would basically be like ordering 2 Bass guitars, except the Stick isn't really a guitar? I wonder how this same idea would work on a 10-String Grand? Kinda cool, really. I like it.
Not for me, though, I'm pretty sure I'm going Matched Reciprocal, and I doubt I'll get any of it fretless. I've still got my Bass for that if I need it and doubt I'd need the distraction while learning Stick.

Whoa! I see that Koa NS has a Wenge laminated neck--it appears the Wenge grand posted before does as well. Is this a new feature, or have I had my head in the sand all this time?

Pretty instruments, all of them. 8-)

Three new NS/Sticks with mirror buffed finish with recessed grain patterns. Gary has developed this finish to such a high level it is now a new option on all NS/Sticks for an additional $200 charge.

These three instruments are currently available....
