Post Pop love songs / Anniversary of John Lennon's death
Hi,

Someone told me it's the anniversary of John Lennon's death, so I thought I'd post a few love songs.
Enjoy:

Hi Andy,

Thanks for that. Spinning "Double Fantasy" today. If you've never seen "Imagine", it's a beautiful, if not objective, film. Worth the time for sure.

Sigh! I remember like it was yesterday. I was a freshman in college. A get together was going on in our dorm suite. A bunch of musicians jamming guitars, watching the TV and playing Monopoly when the special report broke in and announced the shooting. A short time later ... the death. It was pretty quiet the rest of the evening. It was a room full of 60s born musicians. People who had all been influenced by Lennon in one form or another. The shock was palpable.

Sigh! But enough of the death. Celebrate the life and spin some tunes. Better yet ... play some tunes.

Glenn
