Post "Swarms Part II" featuring Asaf Sirkis (drums)
"Swarms Part II" is from my new EP "Swarms" and features the Railboard in the lead role in addition to piano, fretless bass, and synthesizer. The amazing jazz drummer Asaf Sirkis plays on this track and two others on the EP.

The EP is available here:

Thanks for listening!

Jeremy

Nice feel on this. Seamlessly moves from 7 to 8 without a care. My morning oatmeal, fruit and coffee was made infinitely better with this, thank you Jeremy! :D

Jeremy, this is some great listening...puts a smile on the face and gets the head bobbing! It'll be on my phone before the day is out.

Nice! Swarms of what? Reminds me of my year ('79) at Berklee.

Thanks, Victor!

Regarding the swarms, In this case, the piece is mostly inspired by the cicadas you hear at the beginning but conceptually it could apply to swarms of birds or anything other than killer bees. That would be a very different sounding piece!!

Jeremy!

That was so solid and musical, such an amazing flow with all you've put together. Yeah, and the drummer is very sympathetic towards your music.

Ya must be very happy with that!

The cicadas are finally making their presence known here (hear?) in Jersey.

Thanks for the kind words! I am glad the cicadas made it north. They definitely made their presence known in the DC area. I grew up in New Jersey and don't remember them visiting but I have not done the calculation to see if I missed their visit during my childhood.
