Like most beginners I'm always looking for tunes that are simple yet fun to play and there are some wonderful ideas here. It's supposedly a simple tune but I havn't had much luck with it yet, might be fun on Stick (Halloween costume optional). Looking forward to seeing this thread grow

I played it as an exercise for piano many years ago and when I got my Stick 3 months ago I decided it was a good option because it's so simple. The only problem is, it's the only thing I can really play - I know the intro to King Crimson's Red on the bass part AND on the melody side, and I can play either one but not both of them together. Of course now I think I was aiming too high but now I don't really know what song to target.

( what did you learn first ) For relatively new stick players I suggest these few songs: time after time- derek dallenger scarbourough fair- gregs book here comes the sun- david tipton just the way you are- david tipton In the last 6 months I have been working on these tunes and the rewards have been great. They seem to be within the reach of anyone whos been playing for a year or so, give or take.
