There's a point in Greg's DVD at around the 1:15 mark which sort of hints at this, but has anybody animated StaffTab with realtime precision [blah blah edited for clarity]. Mega bonus points if it's synchronized with a video of the piece actually being played, of course.

Whoops, I should have said "fingering symbols" rather than "StaffTab," since the latter would just scroll from left to right and look mostly like regular notation (which is the beauty of it, of course). That's what I get for posting late at night. Like, triangles and squares and circles flitting around on a fretboard diagram, synchronized with a video of the piece being played.

I was just kidding by the way. Techno computer babble makes my head spin though
