Post Ebay item -- question to the wise heads here
This is on my eBay watch list right now (though priced far too high for me I like to watch things in the hope they get cheaper until I can afford them):

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/294518219723

First up, knowledgable ones,is this ridiculously overpriced or a bargain? And does anyone know if the music on this has surfaced elsewhere? A search for "flexi" on the forum yielded nothing useful and there are too many "disc" results.

Thanks for reading.

I generally keep up with this stuff, and I've never heard of this one.

In the near future, I'd love to see Stick Ent make this flexi and other Emmett recordings available for purchase via download/CD/whatever (I'm a sucker for the limited pressing collectable recording type). Because, you KNOW those recordings are out there. But it would be great to have them all in one place to find, ie: stick store online

The live recordings from 1973 pre-Stick production are really fun - http://www.stick.com/artists/artistfeat ... 08chapman/

I just listened to all this stuff. Now I'm weepy again.

I see it’s stamped with Frank Jolliffe’s name and number…before my time but he was a notable early Stick player: https://www.allaboutjazz.com/news/frank ... dies-at-53

Oh wow, I didn't think to look that up, I had assumed Frank Joliffe was a store owner or salesman or similar.

Thank you for the link and information.

EDITED TO ADD -- there's a YouTube link at the bottom of that linked article and it's absolutely brilliant.

Don’t think Tony Levin plays on this flexidisk. I have one of these and it is 100% Emmett.
