Alphonso Johnson
I know that he was one of the first stickists to play in a famous band, but I dont know what songs he plays the stick on. On the bright side i went to see a pink floyd laser show, and in this one song i dont know the name, i could hear the stick playing the bass part.

Here's a clip of Alphonso (on "Electric Stick") with George Duke and John Scofield from '76:
There's also a lot of Stick on his mid-1970's solo albums Spellbound, Yesterday's Dream & Moonshadows

Re: Alphonso Johnson
Tony Levin played Stick on a couple of Floyd albums post-Waters. I know on Momentary Lapse of Reason and if I'm not mistaken, some on the Division Bell?
Also, cool. I didn't actually know Alphonso Johnson played Stick until I saw him in Free Hands; I always knew him as only a bassist.

Re: Alphonso Johnson
Back in 2001 I contacted Alphonso through his website and asked about his Stick playing. He wrote back and here's what he said:
February 26, 2001 at 08:38:23:
>Dear Eric,I have been trying to put together a project called Bombay Chill >that will feature some of my most recent Stick works. It's been a work in >progress now for almost two years but I plan to start with a new guitarist >named Prasanna Ramaswamy next month. I think that the recording I did with >Steve Hackett has my best work on the Chapman Stick.
Sadly, this project still hasn't seen the light of day but here's to hoping! The Hackett work he refers to was a blistering "Dance on a Volcano" found on Genesis Revisited.
