Re: New baby [emoji64]
Awesome, Rodrigo! Congratulations on getting your second Stick, a 12-string Grand this time! You'll have to share the differences with us! I couldn't quite make out the number; what serial (i.e., how old) is yours? And is that Rosewood (it looks like it)?
[By the way, I always wonder what emojis I'm missing out on with you Tap-a-Talk posters! Your title just says "New baby [emoji64]" and I'm not sure which emoji that is but I'm sure you're pretty happy about it!]

Re: New baby [emoji64]
Once the 12-string Railboard is available you'll want to add one to your stable of sticks

Re: New baby [emoji64]
So I fired up the Tap a Talk app and discovered that [emoji64] is a baby emoji, which would make sense. To me on a regular web browser, the title looks like this: But the Tap a Talk app automatically inserts the correct icon. For almost two years I wondered about that. If you're on Tap a Talk, all those icons work but they aren't translated over to the Forum on a regular web browser. Maybe this is a Manny Tau question: is there a way to get the regular browser to display those emoji tags properly? (Not the biggest deal in the world, certainly.) Anyway, I look forward to hearing and seeing more of the new Stick! Congrats again! Steve (Do our icons translate over correctly to Tap a Talk?)

Re: New baby [emoji64]
End of the day report: I am now the proud owner of a grand stick, #5042, made on 5/25/04 out of padauk, an it has an ACTV-2 pickup. As far as I can tell I'm owner number 4 and it had a dual bass reciprocal tuning. I tried it and it sounded amazing: but the thickness of the strings was very awkward. So I stripped it down, major cleanup, put a set of new strings and voilá: I need to buy another lap dawg! Lol And a bunch of other things from SE. Didn't had a cable or the tools. Used the ones from my railboard. anyway here are some photos of today's work. ps: Steve, yep, all icons translate good, what doesn't show on Tapatalk is links to SoundCloud. @ Gerald: can't thank you enough @ Rob - wish I could, but since I'm bringing the bass, one of them would be kicked out of the cabin... can't have that Enviado do meu iPhone usando o Tapatalk
