<<<The Great Online Stick Collab of 2017>>>
Well, here it is guys! I was waiting for a couple of last minute entries, but they didn't happen; ahh well life gets in the way sometimes! For those that DID contribute, I want to thank you for trusting me with your music. I feel that once again, something unique was created. You played your butts off, and it sounds fantastic. Well done, people! First and foremost; The music! Great job! I immediately recognized the Bruno Pitch quirky touch. Kudos to Jay Jay Seeker for making it happen. And bravo to all the participants [emoji106]

Envoyé de mon iPhone en utilisant Tapatalk Thanks for checking it out, Olivier! That Bruno is something else, eh? Everyone's tracks were pretty unique I thought and collectively made for a pretty unique offering I thought. I feel like more of this sort of thing needs to happen, more original works, more collaboration, more file-sharing of original works.

Re: <<<The Great Online Stick Collab of 2017>>>
For my part, I thought that I'd provide a kind of "opening act" and some of the connective tissue. This time around I really didn't play too much; although I did produce/process each section as I saw fit. I think it sounds cool, I hope y'all enjoy it.
My bit is in 5:4 time, and of course using the note pool of C Melodic Minor (CDEbFGAB). Yep, it was a bit quick and kind of a challenge, but oh so much fun to work out. Very different I think... And it was really interesting to my ears to go right into Stephen's part right after.
I played drums, basically played short grooves on my midi kit to each section (hahaha I am only good for about 8 measures, 16 tops at a time on the kit!) Then, I dropped the midi file into logic (indie kit live) and then created a "Drummer" track, and set it to follow my midi drum file. lol It basically creates a new file, pretty much identical to what I played only a bit better in the pocket time-wise. I was hoping to have a live drummer on this one, but it didn't work out - next time perhaps?
I plan to do this again, guys.

Great performances by everyone! And even better production by Scott! Good job, everyone! Let's definitely do this more often! (Says the guy that doesn't have to do all that production work!) We rock!
