Re: Since the old forum isn't here, I have to (and hate to) ask.

Stick Enterprises are great to deal with however they are busy and aren't that good when it comes to replying to e-mail. I suggest you give them a call rather then wait for an e-mail reply.
Hi and thanks. I will call them up tonight, Swedish time. I´ve had to do with them since mid 80´s about and, yes, they are great to deal with. And, yes, they are not very good when it comes to replying to e-mails.
I´ve noticed that. More now than earlier. But I´m very impressed with SE in general. Always been very helpful and kind in every way. Fantastic folks, indeed. I´ve bought 6 instruments from them over these 20 years and I´ve always been thrilled each time I´ve contacted them. And now I will order two new instruments. Will call them instead of e-mail them.
E-mail is unfortunately a better way to communicate then by phone. Especially for us living outside US. Sweden in my case. Easier to be precise when asking questions and you can write whenever. There is a 9 hour time difference between Sweden and California so the only time I can call is rather late at night. I do understand that they most likely get tons of e-mails from prople asking newbie questions about the Stick and that that they have to make phone calls a priority. I used to work in a music store and we did the same thing. We took care of the customers in the store and ignored the ones calling on the phone.
I´ll call them tonight.
Thanks.
Sincerely//Jan Hellman/Sweden.
