Re: Stick adapter for NS Design stand
Unfortunately, attaching this part to the Stick means removing the belt hook, which I think is an important part of the Stick that gives it an ergonomic advantage over other instruments. So I've also designed parts to connect the belt hook to the "puck:"

The shorter peice should work with most Sticks, while the taller peice is specifically for the Railboard. These are made with Green Tech Pro Carbon, a polycarbon-like material that is plant based and environmentally friendly. They are attached via a knurled knob thumb screw in order to change quickly from the belt hook to the stand, etc.

I haven’t tried this yet, but it should be possible to still have a Lap Dawg attached to the belt hook when using these parts for the option of sitting and playing. Perhaps other peices could be attached as well to increase functionality.
I got my son Makoto and his girlfriend Kaede to model the part as they are thinner and better looking than me:

I haven’t decided on a name, but the “Puck” is an obvious choice (and those living in colder climates may appreciate that the Stick makes contact with a Puck). Other options are just the Disc, and the DisGO (“’Dis go on ya Stick”). To go along with the "StickUp," Steve Addelson suggested "RoundUp," although it may be better to avoid confusion with another product with that name. I haven’t thought of a name for the belt hook connector.
I would appreciate any feedback. I am considering selling these with a target price of $50 for the Puck and $25 for the belt hook connector, if there is enough interest.
