 "Deep Bass" Tuning?
Hiya fellas, I may be getting a stick soon and was wondering if anybody could vouch for a tuning that involves the bass side tuned down a half step. My rational is that the tuning would be like straight fourths combined with inverted fifths, get what I'm sayin?? I'm used to straight fourths (coming from NS Stick) so I have my octaves mapped out in certain locations, this would make the bass side relatable to the melody side.
I don't have an instrument in front of me so I may be over thinking this, but if anybody can chime in that'd be great
Thanks!

 Re: "Deep Bass" Tuning?
I play 12-string DBR medium strings and I tune the bass side down 1/2 step so it "matches" the melody side fret-marker-wise. It works for me no problems with intonation and I kinda like the "looser-ness" of it.
